At Way To Grow Early Learning Center, our toddler program is designed to give your child the freedom to explore while providing the structure, safety, and support they need to grow.

Toddlers learn best by doing. That’s why we create an environment where your child can move, explore, and discover safely. Our classrooms are thoughtfully designed to support active play and movement, hands-on learning experiences and safe exploration of their surroundings.

At the same time, our teachers are always close by—guiding, encouraging, and helping your child build confidence with every new experience.

Supporting Your Toddler’s Rapid Development

Between 12 and 36 months, your child is developing quickly—physically, socially, and emotionally.

We focus on helping toddlers:

Build fine and gross motor skills
Develop early language and communication
Learn social skills like sharing and cooperation
Gain independence and confidence

Through consistent routines and caring guidance, your child begins to understand the world around them in a positive and supportive way.

A Balance of Structure and Freedom

Too much structure can feel overwhelming. Too little can feel chaotic. That’s why our toddler program is built around a balance of both. Each day includes a mix of teacher-guided activities and child-led exploration, giving your toddler opportunities to learn while still following their natural interests.

What Your Toddler’s Day Might Look Like

While every child’s needs are different, a typical day includes a variety of activities designed to keep your toddler engaged and supported. Your child’s day may include group time with songs and stories, hands-on activities like art or music, and plenty of opportunities for independent play. Quiet time, meals, and naps are built into the day to help your child stay rested and comfortable. We also include outdoor play at least twice daily, giving your toddler space to move, build strength, and release energy.
